Contact details you give us through the contact form or season-alert signup: name, email address and, if you choose the coupon offer, mobile number. Standard web analytics: pages visited, device type, approximate location from your IP address. If you use "nearest store," your browser location is used once in your browser to sort stores and is not sent to us.
To answer your message, to send one email per selling season when sales open, to text a coupon you asked for, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
If you give us a mobile number for the $5 coupon, you agree to receive that coupon and up to two season reminders per year by SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
We use cookies for site preferences (such as your light/dark theme) and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not run advertising trackers.
Email and SMS are sent through a messaging provider; payments in store run through Square; maps and reviews come from Google. Each handles your data under its own policy.
Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom, reply STOP to any text, or email info@nytexfireworks.com to see or delete what we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.
Our site is for adults. Texas law requires buyers to be 16 or older, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
