Texas allows fireworks sales for the Fourth of July (June 24 - July 4) and New Year's (December 20 - January 1). Counties can also approve sales for Texas Independence Day (February 25 - March 2), San Jacinto Day (April 16 - 21), Memorial Day (the Wednesday before through the holiday), Juneteenth (June 14 - 19) and Diwali; stores within 100 miles of the Mexico border can also sell for Cinco de Mayo (May 1 - 5). Our McKinney superstore opens for the extra seasons Collin County approves. Check with your local authorities for restrictions on use in your area.

Due to safety regulations and the nature of our products, all fireworks sales are final. We're happy to help you choose the right products before purchase and will replace any defective items.

For backyards, we recommend fountains, sparklers, and smaller multi-shot cakes. These provide beautiful displays without requiring large clearance areas. Our staff can help you choose products appropriate for your space.

Sparklers, snaps, smoke bombs, and small fountains are generally considered more kid-friendly options. However, adult supervision is always required. We recommend our "Family Safe" packs which are curated with younger audiences in mind.

500 gram cakes are larger and contain more pyrotechnic composition, resulting in bigger, more impressive effects. 200 gram cakes are smaller but can still create beautiful displays. Both are great options depending on your space and budget.

This depends on your event size, duration, and budget. For a 15-20 minute backyard show, we typically recommend 8-12 items mixing different types. For larger gatherings, a 30-40 minute show might use 20-30 items. Visit us and we'll help you plan the perfect show.

While Texas allows fireworks sales statewide during designated periods, individual cities and counties may have additional restrictions on use. Always check with your local fire department or city ordinances before using fireworks.

Always light fireworks outdoors on a flat surface, keep a water source nearby, never relight duds, maintain safe distances, never point fireworks at people, and never allow young children to handle fireworks. Read all labels and follow instructions carefully.

During burn bans or drought conditions, many areas prohibit the use of fireworks that produce a visible flame or spark. Aerial fireworks and ground effects are typically banned during these times. Check with your local fire marshal for current conditions.
